Your responsibilities:

• Disciplinary and technical leadership of our QA department with currently 9 employees
• Further development of our QM system and the QA department
• Supporting ISO and customer audits
• Complaints management and acting as the point of contact for our customers and suppliers on all quality-related matters

What you bring:

• Several years of leadership experience
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Experience in coordinate measuring technology (preferably Zeiss Calypso)
• Sound knowledge of common QM systems and QM tools
• Experience in metal machining
• Good English skills
