Our measuring room

Our Class 3 measuring room, equipped with five CNC-controlled coordinate measuring machines, provides a perfect environment for precise measurements. In this temperature-stable room, we can achieve a repeatability of plus/minus 2 micrometers, ensuring accurate measurement of even the most precision CNC components.

Fully Equipped: Our Wide Range of Measurement Capabilities

Thanks to our comprehensive measuring equipment, we can perform a wide range of tests. Our portfolio of handheld measuring tools includes over 5,000 items, complemented by a surface roughness measuring device, a contour graph, a form tester, and a microscope. With these resources, we are prepared for any challenge.

Quality Assurance from Initial Sample to Series Production

Quality assurance is our top priority. Therefore, for every new part, we create a specific initial sample inspection report in accordance with customer requirements. Our CAQ system allows us to digitally stamp our drawings and conduct meticulous inspection planning. Subsequently, we determine the inspection depth individually for each component. If necessary, the parts undergo a separate 100% check.

Quality at the Push of a Button:
Real-time Monitoring & Corrections

Our customized software allows us to seamlessly monitor critical measurement features in turned parts. If necessary, our staff can make corrections with just the press of a button, which are directly transferred to the machine.
For milling operations, we can label parts on the machine with a serial number, measure the parts inside the machine, and store the results with reference to the part number in a database. From this, we can provide records or data for a digital part lifecycle upon request.
