Laser Marking: Precision at the Speed of Light
With our powerful engraving laser, we can mark a wide range of metals, including copper, ensuring consistent traceability of parts. Coated parts can be stripped bare in specific areas using the laser, making them electrically conductive.
Deburring
Perfect deburring is our Standard
In general, we aim to deburr everything possible on the CNC machine. If that's not feasible, our manual deburring team comes into play. Here, finesse, well-equipped deburring workstations, and refined expertise converge.
Endoscopic Inspection
Deburr-Free and Secure in Intersecting Holes
We prioritize the quality and safety of our products. To ensure perfect deburring even in the inner parts of components with intersecting holes, we use endoscopes. When our parts are later installed in hydraulic circuits, for example, we can thus guarantee the safety and performance of the entire system.

Coordination of External Processes
Our service goes beyond mere manufacturing and includes the coordination of additional machining steps. We collaborate with specialized partners who perform processes such as grinding, honing, hardening, anodizing, galvanizing, and painting, while we assume full control and coordination.

With our two blasting machines, we can use glass bead blasting to visually elevate our aluminum and steel parts to a perfect level by creating a uniform surface.
Washing
Brilliance Thanks to Ultrasonics
For the professional cleaning of our turned and milled parts, we rely on a state-of-the-art PERO TWT Duo with two chambers and two baths each. Through multi-stage cleaning in the various baths – supported by ultrasound – the parts become progressively cleaner from stage to stage until a consistently high level of cleanliness is achieved. Each component is carefully secured in cleaning baskets to protect surfaces and edges. An integrated ultrafiltration and demineralization system at the final bath ensures reproducibly clean results – free from oils, chips and contaminants.
